Debbie Miller

I am a lifetime resident of Northwest Indiana, helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs since 1995. I have successfully handled many challenging real estate transactions throughout the years. Every property has something unique and special about it. My strength is identifying those unique qualities and marketing them.

I have worked with hundreds of buyers throughout the years and have learned that listening to my clients wants and needs is one of the most important aspects of my job. My vast experience allows me to advise buyers and protect them against foreseeable, but not obvious, problems throughout the buying journey.

I have extensive education and experience in my field.

I believe a person must continue learning to remain proficient and competitive. In addition to a business degree from Indiana University I hold these real estate designations: CRB Certified Residential Broker, ABR Accredited Buyers Agent, SFR Short Sale and Foreclosure Real Estate. 

Dani Miller

Raised in the real estate industry, I learned early on the importance of strong negotiation, strategic marketing, and exceptional client service. I earned my real estate license in 2013 after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Social Work, a background that enhances my ability to understand client needs and guide them through every step of the transaction.

A lifelong Valparaiso resident, I offer firsthand knowledge of the community and the broader Northwest Indiana market. As part of the mother-daughter Debbie Miller Team, we combine generational experience with an understanding of how today's buyers search for homes. Our collaborative approach ensures thorough communication, attention to detail, and a smooth process from listing to closing.
